The centerpiece of the Scriptures is the story of Jesus, and the paramount moment of His existence was the cross. This series retells the events leading up to the cross and ultimately His resurrection. In this series, we will challenge students to embrace the power of the cross and encourage victory over sin..
“Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or terrified of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave your nor forsake you.”
Bottom Line: Sin is wasted pleasure.
Scripture: Philippians 2:3-4; Luke 22:1-22; Galatians 5:13-14
1. How does if feel when you know you’re not a priority to someone else? Whether a friend, parent, etc.
2. How have you prioritized what you want over what God wants in your life?
3. When was a time you experienced sin as a wasted pleasure in your life?
4. Who is someone you could serve better this week? How?
Bottom Line: Death is a wasted grave.
