What is HIRE Ground?
HIRE Ground is a free job fair connecting job seekers with diverse employers across various industries. It offers opportunities for on-site interviews, resources for job seekers, and support for every age and stage of life.
Where is HIRE Ground?
HIRE Ground will take place in the main auditorium of The Potter’s House of North Dallas, 10501 Main Street, Frisco, TX 76227.
Is there a registration fee to attend?
No, registration is completely free for both job seekers and employers.
Do I have to stay all day?
No, you do not have to stay all day. HIRE Ground is open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and you can leave once you’ve finished meeting with employers or participating in activities.
What age groups can apply for jobs at HIRE Ground?
There will be job opportunities available for every age and stage of life! Whether you’re a student seeking part-time work or an experienced professional looking for a career change, there’s something for everyone.

Will there be opportunities for on-site interviews?
Yes, some employers may conduct on-site interviews during the event, so be prepared with your resume and to engage in conversations.
What should I bring to the job fair?
It’s recommended to bring several copies of your resume, a list of references, and any questions you may have for potential employers. Also, consider bringing a notepad or device for taking notes.
Is there food available at the event?
Yes, a food truck will be on-site offering lunch from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Attendees can redeem their tickets during this time.
Will there be childcare available?
Yes, we will offer optional childcare for attendees’ children. Please register for this service by October 18th to ensure a spot.
How can I register for headshots at the event?
There will be a sign-up station for headshots at the event. Headshots will be offered in 3-minute slots, so make sure to reserve your spot early!
What if I’m not currently looking for a job?
Even if you’re not actively seeking employment, we encourage you to come out and support the community! You can also sign up to volunteer at HIRE Ground to help make the event a success.
What if I don’t register for HIRE Ground?
It’s okay to still come! Registering just helps us prepare, ensure we have lunch, and organize volunteers according to the anticipated number of attendees.
