World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day is observed on 10 October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health.

During our extended period of isolation during the pandemic, the need for mental and emotional wellness is at an all-time high.  If you find yourself battling through emotions, feeling anxious, and just needing someone to talk to, you are not alone!  We’ve provided some resources below that we hope will help you with your mental health journey.  If you know someone who could use them, please consider sharing.
