Ingredients
- 1 Cup of margarine
- 1 ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Cup of confectionary sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- 2 eggs Vanilla Extract
- 4 ½ cups of all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cream of tarter
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 Cup Sugar
Directions:
- Start by creaming margarine and sugar in a mixer
- Add confectionary sugar, add oil, eggs and vanilla extract.
- Mix till smooth.
- Sieve flour in a separate bowl.
- Mix in additional dry ingredients until evenly distributed.
- Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients, taking care to mix between adding dry to wet.
- Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Sprinkle Brown Sugar, Pecans and 1 stick of melted butter on top
- Decorate to your liking with sprinkles or frosting
- Bake for 45 minutes
